Ugh. Why can't I have a perfectly controlled eating day, all day, for once? I know there's that whole 90/10 thing - eat good 90%, eat not so good 10% - but I just don't know. Last night after scarfing down practically another meal after 9pm, I realized I needed to eat more during the day when I'm supposed to..... since I have been doing so good about not eating past 9.

I tell you what though, my cat is darn cute.
My hot man had to go out of town tonight, he'll be back in a couple of hours, but boy do I miss him. When we got married I figured we'd get tired of each other. And we do, occasionally, but he goes back to his man-cave and watches basketball and an hour later I'm knocking on the door asking if I can come hang out. We're BFF. hahahaaaa... oh me.

So glad that someone else has my eating issue. I will eat so well, then once 9pm hits *BAM* i decide to eat everything in the frickety ass house. SO annoying. I just read Bettheny Frankel's book "naturally thin", and am trying to remember her quote about night night eating. It was something like "what are you, 2? Seriously." meaning to me, don't do it, you know better. Easier said than done.
Just remind yourself, it's only food. Raiding the fridge shouldn't bring on the same amount of guilt as robbing a bank. There's always tomorrow. Balance.

I have a menagerie of cute going on in my house. Right now they're all stalking me wondering why I'm blogging instead of feeding them (because it's 2 hrs. before you normally eat and if I feed you now you'll be waking me up every single day from here forward two hours earlier than you normally do and besides if I go downstairs I'm positive you have food except its the dry kind which you equate with being punished rather than the nutritional goodness it is and you just want your wet serving for the day you greedy don't care about me or my needs at all cats!).
See we all have food issues, mine are just of a different nature as they cause sleep deprivation.
