Over there in the "about me" section of this page I write of the bigger things I am ready for. Well, turns out there can be bigger things right where you already are. Funny, how life works in that way. Instead of moving off like we had originally planned to do, we are staying. Well, staying and moving. Andrew has a new position that he is majorly excited about, I have a brand new j-o-b that I am really liking (yesss), and within the next couple of weeks we will be moved into a new (well, new to us) house... just about a mile away from our current apartment. And we are both so excited for the much needed changes. Namely, a second income and a dishwasher.. ha.
My new job is at a department store, which shall remain nameless so I can dish about it some on here. I really do like it! Having never worked in retail before, it is opening my eyes to this whole new behind the scenes world of what goes on at a place like this. It is interesting, and amusing. I work in customer service right now, and eventually they say I'll be moved out onto the sales floor. I'm kind of loving customer service though... so we'll see.
I hate it when the apartment still smells like the dinner I cooked the night before. I think I'm gonna run to the store and pick up some febreeze candles before work. Gross.
